Work with me
Some women want focused, one-on-one attention. Some want the company of a small group. Many move between the two over time. There's no wrong way in, only the one that fits right now.

What's included
Eight weekly sessions, 45 minutes each, over about two months
Virtual, so you can work with me from anywhere
Small, specific steps between sessions to keep the work moving
A plan shaped around how you work, with as much structure or room to think as suits you
The option to extend or return; most clients do
Return to Knowing
Begins January 2027 · Limited spots
You already have the instructions. This is how you learn to read them, and put them to work.
Description
A program that brings together four lenses: an astrology and Human Design deep dive, IFS-informed coaching, and coaching with me to turn it all into action, with a 12-month tarot reading to close. The goal isn't interesting self-knowledge. It's clear decisions about your career, your relationships, and your next chapter.
Shimmer Retreats
A group of hummingbirds is called a shimmer. Our retreats are meant to bring groups of like-minded women together for small-group weekends at the coast. They are built around intention, ritual, and real rest. Every detail is taken care of, so all you have to do is arrive.

Investment depends on the shape of the work, so I share it on our discovery call, once we both know what you need. The call itself is free.
-
Coaching is virtual, so where you live doesn't matter. Retreats are in person, at the coast.
-
No. Coaching works forward, toward what's next. Therapy supports healing and is led by a licensed clinician. If therapy would serve you better, I'll tell you, and the two can work well side by side.
-
You'll have small, specific steps to work on, so the work keeps moving between sessions.
-
Yes. Many women do both, in either order. A retreat can open something that coaching then helps you act on, and the reverse.
-
That's what the discovery call is for. No pressure and no pitch. You'll leave with something useful either way.
"It was the best decision I've made in quite some time." - Sarah H.
